Cancellation Policy
For students that cancel with 24 hours or more notice, a make-up lesson will be offered on a different day that same week.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will still be charged
(no make-up lesson will be given and no monetary credit will be applied)
For vacations or other advance notice cancellations, make up lessons will be scheduled.
If makeup lessons are not possible, payment will be prorated for the relevant month.
Payment Policy
For students scheduled at the same day & time every week (weekly recurring appointment), payment is made monthly and is due on or before the first lesson of each month.
Monthly payment is required to reserve the designated time slot for the upcoming month.
For example, July payment is due by the first scheduled lesson date in July.
Payment reminders will be emailed directly to each student a few days before payment is due every month (recurring autopay is also available)
A $10 late fee will assessed for all payments received after the 7th of the month.
Students that schedule individual lessons - payment is due on or before the morning of the date the lesson is scheduled.
Students that schedule individual lessons can purchase them individually, or purchase a block of 4 and use them as needed.
